Looking for guidance on setting up projects

As our team continues to grow, it is becoming apparent that the way we have setup our Zephyr environment is not scaling properly.

I am looking for a good resource (web, training, support) that can help guide us for best practices.

As a summary, we have enabled Zephyr in JIRA only under our QA project so that we can consolidate all test activities.  Our solution is broken across many different JIRA projects, based on the versioning of each component.  So if a team has development items under Proj1 and Proj2, there must be a QA activities that documents the testing.  This prevents the work items from Proj1 and Proj2 having direct linkage to the Zephyr test plan / results.

The existing approach was setup several years ago.  There are many common components between the testing of the different projects and we did not want to have the overhead of maintenance

Any feedback / guidance is welcome.
