Lock execution result and test cases in zephyr Scale.

How can i "lock" an execution result after it has been executed?  I want to force the tester to proceed to a new execution if there is any change to the previous one. Same question for the tests ...

Strangely, I've not done this yet - as in locked a test cycle/plan.  I've always just managed it through communications.  I don't recall seeing a feature that would enable us to 'lock' a test cycle/plan but it does seem like there should be an option out there for it.  I'll take a look and get back to you...
