JUnit.xml Mapping To Zephyr Scale

Hi,

Are there any guides showing how a JUnit.xml file should be formatted to work with Zephyr Scale. At the moment the xml created by Provar does not match Zephyr and I need to post-process it before reporting results via the Zephyr API.
What xml element matches the Test Folder, does the class need to be removed, is the ReleaseVersion per Suite, multiple testsuites supported,  etc.

Example of current output from the test execution tool:
