Is there the ability to lock test case when its status is approved to prevent unnecessary changes from users in Zephyr Scale Server?I'm searching information how to lock testcase(restrict editing for some user group) according to his status.&nbsp;

This type of feature has been mentioned a few times before, and also audit of changes to test cases.&nbsp; Sadly, it's not a feature I'm aware of in the Cloud version, and I assume it's the same in the Server version, but if you're on the Server version you might be able to view test case changes - I recall that that version has or had a Test Library suite of reports.&nbsp; If there was any way to find changes made to test cases, it would be somewhere in there... but I'm guessing it's not.
