Importing test cases via CSV that utilize call-to-test

Hi.  I removed the previous post, which looked very much like spam.

Is it possible to import with call-to-test?  I haven't tried to be honest, but I don't see how it could be done.  The csv import template would need to have a field for the test case key and it doesn't.  And from a database design pov, I can see why that is the case.  Sorry, I don't think there's a way around this one.
