Import Test Cases with CSv

Good morning, 

When I import Test Cases with CSV, sometimes the mapping will be made automatically, sometimes I need to map some of the fields.  The most common one is "Name"70ù of the time I need to map him and I don't know why. 

I created two excels both of them have the same row (copy/paste), the fields have no format (Clear Format) but one of the excel won't map the field "Name" any idea? 

• UAT Production csv : NOK
• Exercice csv : NOK
