How to send an email notification when a test case is assigned to a user.
Goal: When a test case is assigned to a user an email is automatically sent to the user.
Question: Is there a way to configure Zephyr Scale so an email is automatically sent to the user when they are assigned to a test case?
Current solution: We are currently using a dashboard for each user to see their assigned test cases but, this solution requires the user to actively view their dashboard.
We need a solution that will 'push' a notification to the user!
Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
I've not discovered a way to do this using Jira or Zephyr Scale UI features. I 'm assuming it would be possible using the API and other tools but have not had to try and solve that little problem. I know this has been asked on the Roadmap Portal and you can lend your vote here:
