How to Enable Email notification for a test case

Hi All,

I am using Jira and Zephyr scale for my work purpose.

Can someone help here to find out a way to enable email notifications on assigning a test case to someone. 

QUERY - Enabling the "Test Case" email notification feature in Zephyr Scale. 

Admin is not able to find the configuration option to enable this.
