How to add a new test test execution status?
is there any way to add new status like 'not application' or 'On Hold' to the the list of the status that already in test cycle? TIA

yes, there is way add new statuses for test cases, test plans, test cycles and test executions. You can do it by clicking on the configurations icon like we can see in the screenshot bellow:
