How do I disable Auto Save and get the Save on demand functionality back?

What the title says.  I don't want every little edit I make to a test case to be saved automatically.  Sometimes I make a number of changes that I decide I don't like and want to not save what I have...

I don't work for Smartbear, but in fairness to them their customers requested this feature.  Smartbear did a lot of thinking on how best to implement autosave, and then they reached out to customers and road-tested a number of different approaches and took on-board their feedback.  I guess no one flagged the On/Off option, or maybe it wasn't possible - but it does seem like a good idea and a win for everyone! 😊
