Folder creation automated

Hi, Is there an automated way to create folders and/or subfolders ONLY. Not test cases. I have tried via the excel template but to no luck.   Regards, Jamain

    Thank you DavidL. Was hoping for something simpler like an import or something, but I will give the API a try.
