Defining Background and Scenario

Question

We just got access to zephyr&nbsp; scale however I am not seeing option to define the background steps and Scenario name. Can anyone help me to how to set up this so that I can see the Background and Scenario defined before entering the BDD-Gherking test scripts.&nbsp;
