Backup Zephyr Scale Data

Hi,

I am seeking ideas for retrieving and backing up data from the Zephyr Scale Cloud. I understand that while Zephyr performs backups, these are internal and cover the entire system, not specific to individual clients.

I noticed that exports can be performed, but they only include test cases and exclude other test artifacts. One approach I considered is to export the available data and store it externally. This process could potentially be automated using scripts on a scheduled basis.

Additionally, I noticed that Zephyr offers API endpoints that could retrieve various pieces of information. Could it be possible to use these APIs to extract all relevant data and then write it to a spreadsheet or similar format using a script?

Any additional ideas or approaches for achieving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
