Ad hoc reports

You can run reports in both Server and Cloud versions but if by generate you mean that those reports are pushed by email to users, I'm not aware of a feature that does that (yet).  You can however create a report, copy the URL (which contains all of the report's logic) and re-run that report dynamically, so there's potential to place that into a job than runs and sends reports to your users.
