Latest Swagger Version without Spring

What is the latest version of Swagger that does not rely on springfox components?

I working with an existing Java EE application running in a WebLogic server. I want to implement Swagger to include both the JSON/YAML outputs and the Swagger UI that can be used to test endpoints.
