Using Swagger Hub as a UI for QAs testing an existing API

I have an existing api that has openapi contracts already in place. I would like to use swaggerhub as a UI for our QA team to be able to test the api. They need to be able to test the actual API and not just examples set in the openapi file. 

Is this possible with swaggerhub? What account would i need? What is the best way of keeping the openapi file in sync?
