Redirect HTTP to HTTPS in azure

Hi,

I have provisioned swagger hub in our azure VM, enabled the SSL termination with external load balancer and added self signed certificate to the swagger hub certificate manager. But now when we hit the load balancer DNS name with HTTPS, I am unable to view the swagger Hub UI. Can anyone please help me on how to redirect the traffic from HTTP to HTTPS in Azure.
