Need more info around "open a chat using the speech bubble icon with our support team".

Here are my steps:

 

  1. 1. Create a new project
  2. 2. Create new API using simple API template
  3. 3. Copy complete spec file from existing API 
  4. 4. Erase simple API template contents and paste existing API spec

    Is there a solution forthcoming for this occurrence? It is still an ongoing problem and inhibits further development of the spec file itself.

      My apologies .. Please see the image attached for the chat window I was referring to is . I would contact support who can log an approprite support ticket with us to look into this further
