How to get real-person support?
How do I actually file a support ticket? I followed a link that said 'file a support ticket', but the page was just links to FAQs and self-support discussion threads.

Hey toddrimes,
There is a chat box called SmartAssist that opens in the support page, if you don't see it, you can select `open a case` at the bottom left, which will open the chat window to start the case raising process

If you ask it to create a support case, it will ask for your email and log a support ticket for you. You can provide additional details and a member of the team will reach out
