Getting a 403 error whilst navigating through swagger hub

Not sure if anyone else has came across this. But i seem to be getting a 403 error pop up when simply navigating through the swagger hub site. It seems intermittent and sometimes i can access the swagger docs when i click on a project after searching and other times it shows a 403 error.
