Stoplight regenerating x-stoplight id
Every time I make a change in Stoplight it is regenerating all its internal `x-stoplight id` values which makes reviewing PR's incredibly annoying. Can we stop this?

I don't think that article will help - all I did was add a new request parameter via Stoplight and the resulting PR had every ID updated
