Spectral: AsyncAPI v3.0.0 support

Hi everybody 👋🏼 

When v2.6.0 came out last year we had spectral support within a few days. The v3.0.0 version of AsyncAPI was released back in December 2023, is spectral going to support it? Is there an eta?
