Reference no longer possible in UI

Hi everyone, we noticed that the external file reference is no longer possible in the U. 

We have a mono-repo, and cross-reference models to create single-source of truths for our services - is this intentional? In the old UI, it worked perfectly fine as long as the other .yaml specs where in the same repository.
