WSS TimetoLive Parameter set

Hi Experts,

How Can I set my WSS TimetoLive value in my request header in soap UI,I need to set it explicitly in my request

My Request is not working without specifying some value in WSS TimetoLive,

how can we get a success request without setting the WSS Timetolive value,please help
