Hi!
You are correct, soapUI stores the entire project including all scripts, etc in one file, which makes sharing projects easier but team-efforts harder. soapUI Pro supports "Composite Projects" which splits a project into multiple files for easier team collaboration (see http://www.soapui.org/Working-with-Proj ... pport.html), and also adds support for a script library (see http://www.soapui.org/Scripting-Propert ... brary.html) that you can use to easily share common scripts between projects, handlers, etc.
