What should be used as authorization if single sign on is used for logging into application

We use single sign-on to login to the instance and do not have access to our password. In this case, what should be used as authorization in SOAPUI

Try obtaining access token or SAML assertion to get this sorted

Can you please tell what is the next steps after obtaining access token? What should be enter under the password details.
