use soapUI without Internet
Hi. I want to use of soupUI in offline. I watched a tutorial film, he used of xampp. but I can not open wsdl file ( that write by xml tags) via xampp ! Can you help me?

If you have a wsdl file for your project, and web services are hosted on your machine, then you may not needed the internet.
