It probably does have more up to date jars, but they can be matched in SoapUI O/S if we know what they are. Unfortunately, I don't have the pro version anymore. Its a good observation though!
It's interesting that your script works on OSX with java 1.7.79 (Chrome comes up and I can control it fine), I haven't tested it with my Windows 10 machine yet.
I thought you had switched your attention to using Python from a Shell now?
I can compare jars and see if its possible to make it work.
