Just happened to see this post. Did you try to run your soap project using $SOAPUI_HOME/bin/testrunner.sh or bat file? Or is it something that you had to run with junit only?

You may have a look at other options to run the soap ui project mentioned in viewtopic.php?f=5&t=19157
