Unable to connect to SQL Server 2005 - with 'Data Source' using JDBC

I switched to soapUi 3.5.1 but still I am not able to connect to database.
I have copied the Jtds driver zip to ext folder.When I give connection string for it it gives me error as
"Not able init the driver Jtds:.....

Any idea why this is happening
Please reply its very urgent
