You may be able to use the jTDS driver (http://jtds.sourceforge.net). You need to place the [tt:3ut1vmzf]ntlmauth.dll[/tt:3ut1vmzf] file into the soapUI bin directory.

Note: I am using 3.5.1 so I am not certain this will work.
