testrunner skipping the request while running a test using testrunner.

I have this typical test case running using test runner but as soon as I'm running this test, testrunner skipping to the groovy script after running the above Data Drive & Properties step so th...

When I run test normally it runs but using testrunner it is not running steps and giving blank properties and so that blank request. Could you pls. suggest what could be the possible reason?

Can you create a sample project so that some one can reproduce the issue using any other public service, need not have to be your services.
