testrunner skipping the request while running a test using testrunner.

From the log it is not evident that soap request is not run.

When I run test normally it runs but using testrunner it is not running steps and giving blank properties and so that blank request. Could you pls. suggest what could be the possible reason?

    Can you create a sample project so that some one can reproduce the issue using any other public service, need not have to be your services.
