What timezone offset is your download server in?  The last modified time on the 9/24 nightly is 13:33.  Is that the nightly that was built from your change?

Is your change reflected in the source code links that I can see from http://www.soapui.org/xref/index.html?

I'm not that familiar with your code, but from what I can see from that class, I would wonder whether an NPE check will really resolve this problem.  Perhaps a better question is WHY the proxy info was null, considering I can clearly see the proxy info set in the preferences.
