Test built from WADL fails with "URIException: escaped absolute path not valid"

Note that my service paths are specified as ending with "/" in my CXF annotations (like "/catalog/"), so I imagine I can see why this would be happening. CXF doesn't complain about this, so I imagine this is just something where they fudged my value to "what I obviously meant". I wouldn't be surprised if the spec either says this is invalid or is ambiguous.
