Teardown script - when a suite+testcase is specified

Hi there,

Should a suite level teardown script be called when you specify a test suite and testcase to testrunner.bat?

I am running a command line like this:
call testrunner.bat -sTestSuite1 -cTestCase1 atest-soapui-project.xml

Edit: I meant to say, I am only seeing the test case level scripts being run, but I expected both to be run.
Is this correct?

I am using soapUI 3.5 at the moment, haven't got round to upgrading.
I have an easy reproducible if you need it.
