everything is now fine. thank you for your support!!!

only one issue i should mention.
- the maven plugin couldn't parse the soapui settings file with the 3.0.1 nightly build (xml parsing issues)
- once opened and saved the project with 3.0.1 it couldn't be opend with 3.0.0

luckily i had a 3.0.0 soap-project xml in our subversion and i could revert it
