soapUI return a datatable or dataset
Hi,
I have a very simple web service made in C# that returns a datatable and it works ok. Now I've put that web service in the soap ui and I wanted to create a response for this (to return a datatable like the webservice) so that I can stop my web service and only start soapUI when I want to show features of the application to customers. But the problem is that I can't get it to work, no matter what.
How can I write custom responses in soapui for this? Please note that for the last week I'm searching the web for answers, I've tried and tested a lot.. but with no luck. I'm not used to ask others for answers .. I'm used to search and find by myself.. actually this is my first post in a forum in years.
So, can somebody guide me to the right path? And another question: is it possible to write from scratch a web services in soapUI and then start a mockService for it? From what I've read, no, but I need your answer to believe it.
Thank you to anybody who is good to post a constructive response.
Regards,
Daniel
