Ok, the update site has now been updated with the 2.5.1 version of the Eclipse plugin. I have succesfully installed it on a new, clean installation of Eclipse in Windows with no problems. I've had some issues with it not installing properly on another computer that had a previous version of the plugin installed, even though I had removed it. Try the update site (instructions
here) and if it still does not work, you might want to try completely un-installing and re-installing Eclipse. Sorry for the inconvenience!
