Please completely remove the plugin (that is, delete the 1 directory from "features" and the 3 directories from "plugins"), then run Eclipse once (this is important) and verify that all traces of the plugin seem to be gone. Lastly, close Eclipse and reinstall the latest nightly build of the plugin from http://www.eviware.com/nightly-builds/ and see if this makes a difference.
I've had some issues with eclipse not understanding that the plugin has been updated unless you completely remove it and run Eclipse once without the plugin before installing a new version.
