If you open the About dialog (Help > AboutEclipse Platform) and click on Plug-in Details, do you see the three soapUI plugins listed? They are:
soapUI Eclipse Core Plug-in
soapUI EclipseUI Plug-in
soapUI Libraries Plug-in
They should all be at version 2.5.1, and the provider for all of them is "eviware".
If you do not see these, then there may be something wrong with the way you installed the plugin, so you may want to check that you have the following directories in your eclipse directory:
"com.eviware.soapui.soapui_feature_2.5.1" in the "features" directory.
"com.eviware.soapui.eclipse.core_2.5.1", "com.eviware.soapui.eclipse.ui_2.5.1" and "com.eviware.soapui.libs_2.5.1" in the "plugins" directory.
