Hi,
It seems like you need to use dynamic MockResponses.
Have you had a chance to look at this article: http://www.soapui.org/Service-Mocking/creating-dynamic-mockservices.html#5-selecting-a-response-based-on-the-request ?
It should guide to write a script that will make your response dynamic as you intend in your test scenario.
