soap uin scripts from command line

Hi Getting below error when trying to launch testrunner from soap ui or trying to run testrunner.bat from command line. log4j:ERROR setFile(null,true) call failed. java.io.FileNotFoundException...

May be try launching the command window as Administrator and see if that resolves.
