SOAP-UI Open Source compatibility with Win Server 2008R2
Is Open Source SOAP-UI 5.3.0 compatible with Windows Server 2008R2? If not, do we need any configurations, to make it work?

Yes. As a Java application, it shouldn't depend much on the operating system.
I have used it on Windows Server 2008 before.
