SOAP UI Error: "java. net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect" after upgrading release 5.6.0

After an upgrade to release SoapUI 5.6.0. I get the error message SOAP UI Error: "java. net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect".

Is there anyone who knows this error message and has the solution for me. I'm using Windows 10
