you could add a SubmitListener (as described at http://www.soapui.org/Developers-Corner ... oapui.html) which would add these headers to all outgoing requests automatically!?
In the pro-version this can easily be done from inside soapUI under the event handlers tab: http://www.soapui.org/Scripting-Propert ... dlers.html
