This can still be configured at the project level in SoapUI. If it is not working then this is an issue.
Was there a defect filed for this? If so, do you know the defect number?

One of my colleague informed me that this is due to a bug in SOAP UI 4.5.2, because of which it is now not possible to configure SAML 1.1 at project level instead it has to be declared with every xml request.
Was there a defect filed for this? If so, do you know the defect number?
