Hi,

You can use the SecurityTestRunner tool to run security tests in an automated fashion.
The securitytestrunner.bat tool is located in the 'bin' directory of your SoapUI installation folder.
You can first launch it from the GUI: Right-click on your security test and choose "Launch SecurityTestRunner". Then click "Launch", you will see the command that is used to run the test. You can customize it with various options (http://www.soapui.org/Test-Automation/cli-security-tests.html) and use different commands to run different multiple security tests.
