Are you using any sort of wsdl?
I believe, you need to create a new request with all the mandatory elements. Fill the data and then validate which should work. Or you can connect with the wsdl/service provider for more details regarding the correct request.

I think RequestorId is optional but not not filling it is giving error and filling it is not authenticating correctly.

    As mentioned earlier, check with your web service provider or developer.

      thanks for replying, just last question that I am sending request using OTA_HotelAvailRQ and getting response from OTA_HotelResNotifRS and that's why it is asking for REQUESTORID which is mandatory in OTA_HotelResNotifRS but not in OTA_HotelAvailRQ. 

      Do you have any idea about this that why parameters of request and response are different.
