Proxy Settings

Hi,

I was using SOAP UI from the client Network. In IE it uses "Automatic configuration script"  to connect to the net (Can check that under LAN settings). When I use SOAPUI tool and send across the SOAP request it errors off with no response.
I want to know where can i set these network settings. I found out under preferences there are proxy settings to be made. But it seems that I need to make use of the automatic configuration script of the client to connect. 

If any body can tell me where do i need to set these settings in order to make this SOAPUI work ?
